Wheat Nuts

These wheat nuts doesn't hurt my joints that's why nibbling it weekly won't stop me. Read why this is good for us.. http://www.wheatnuts.com/about.htm

I won't process you!

My daughter had this positioned across the door so when we got home after work there is no chance we'll ignore it. I knew she did something. She had played with clay and stuck clay on the walls. She carefully wiped it with the curtain while realizing she made a mess. When I checked, the curtain wasn't that dirty and it can easily be washed away with soap and water. What we really appreciate was at a very young age, she owned up her mistakes..=)

Body shop give-aways

I will surely miss Tita Lilia who will soon be retiring from the government office. She gave me presents from Body Shop.

Conti's goodies

These are super yummy stuff given as a present from one of hubby's clients. Abby and I gorged on these within 30 minutes.. these were very tasty, and melty almondine cookies which you can't find in the stores within Davao city.

Acupressure: Heal yourself

I love a massage. I usually drive along Anda street to get to Radiance Massage Center. However, I reach out to this book
"Acupressure: Heal yourself",  whenever I feel tired or experiencing simple ailments such as headaches, eye strain, dizziness. Inside this book are list of ailments you can imagine which can be healed simply by pressing the acupressure points.  It helps when you do it in a daily basis. Very cheap alternative if you can't get to the doctor easily..This can give you immediate relief. Most useful to me are acupressure points in hands, face, head and feet.

Latest perfume creation: COACH POPPY

I love smelling the new Coach perfume: COACH POPPY.

According to their tagline, A whiff of Coach Poppy and you immediately feel light-hearted and playful but all-in-all irresistibly chic. It's described as "anything is possible" in a jar.

I admit I’m not a perfume person. Meaning, I wear a fragrance only if I remember. The expensive ones are only given to me. I only pick affordable perfumes like Bench and Zen zest, though they’re cheap, they do smell good and make you feel good.

The ones I really like are Clinique Happy, Victoria Secret’s Pink, DKNY and Versace Red Jeans. As long as I smell fresh and clean, the cheap ones are fine for me.
